Our strategic planning process is highly collaborative and is used to accurately and completely scope and document your project. During this process we work with you to discuss design and feature options and make recommendations based on over 90 years of collective Internet business experience about the best way to achieve your desired project outcomes.

Following sign-off on the project specification document that we will create with your direction, we begin the project per the plan. Throughout your project, regular communication with all members of the project team occurs via your preferred method to ensure the project develops on time and on budget, with the opportunity for all stakeholders to contribute and collaborate.

As we move through the development phases, we continue to assess the website against the project goals so we can be sure we are meeting (and exceeding) them. This will ensure the project stays aligned with the vision of the team and delivers a creative, end-user focussed, strategic and well executed final product.
