Deadline offers the highest levels of customer service through proactive project management. Each project undertaken by Deadline is assigned an experienced Project Manager who takes responsibility for consulting with and reporting to you from the planning session at start-up, right through to project launch. Your Project Manager communicates with you as frequently as you require (sometimes more!), ensures excellent quality control and assists you to monitor and optimise project outcomes. Your Project Manager is always contactable (24x7).
In our experience, regular face-to-face meetings are the best engagement process for efficient and effective project development. The regularity of these can vary and will be discussed during the strategic planning session. Your ideal communication method, whether that be via one central point or an email distribution list which includes the entire project team will also be discussed along with any other preferences you may have. Telephone conferences utilising Skype or your preferred teleconferencing solution can also be used to limit the need for travel. There will however be key project milestones that require face to face meetings and these will be identified during the strategic planning phase.
The physical development of your online software is accessible to you (24x7) via a secure Concept Development Area (CDA). This online resource documents every stage of project development from accessing pdf’s of initial design concepts, to contact information for project team members, to downloading the specification document. Client feedback is posted on the CDA along with our responses. Once the designs move from flat graphics to functioning templates, links are provided from the CDA so you can access and review them at all times.
Our team come with significant formal qualifications including a Masters in Computer Science and Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Our team are also active members of a number of relevant professional associations.
