Maintenance & Support


Deadline provides ongoing maintenance and technical support to our clients as and when required. Our team is experienced in providing support for a wide range of user capabilities via the individual user preferred method. There are three technical support options:

  1. As required basis charged at Deadline’s standard hourly rate

  2. A monthly maintenance/support agreement for which a reduced hourly rate and priority service is provided
  3. A pre-purchased block of hours, again offering support at a reduced hourly rate. This can be an attractive option if it is unknown how much support will be required

These options are usually discussed at the conclusion of the initial project to better ascertain which will be most suitable for your needs.
