NEST
NEST is a customer service efficiency tool for home building companies.
Deadline created a “shopping cart” style software application for leading South Australian building company Hickinbotham Homes. NEST allows customers to make selections for their new home anywhere, anytime, from work, home or whilst travelling. Customer communication and appointments can also be managed through a messaging interface.
Once the selection process is complete, detailed selection reports are generated with a few clicks and managed by Hickinbotham administrators with a content management system – saving a great deal of time and effort!
