If more detailed analysis and scoping work is required for the project to proceed, we will conduct a strategic planning session for which we issue a formal agenda and provide minutes. This forms the basis for a project specification document which includes detailed project description, timeframes and of course, a budget.
We also provide continuous project management, keeping you informed with our progress as you're consulted actively every step of the way.
