What to expect & Your involvement
Strategic website planning and careful scoping are the keys to a successful project outcome. By consulting with you to clarify and document your requirements and then incorporate them into a cohesive website project plan, we will make sure that we deliver to your requirements in a professional and risk free manner.
Our approach therefore is to first work with you to understand how your project integrates with your marketing plan and existing business strategies. If more detailed analysis and scoping work is required for the project to proceed and succeed, we will conduct a strategic planning session for which we issue a formal Agenda and take Minutes. This forms the basis for the Project Specification document which includes detailed project description, timeframes and of course, a budget.

Throughout the process outlined above, progress reports will be provided on a regular basis. Face to face meetings will be used in conjunction with email and telephone correspondence.
